Legal Call 24 Achieves 20 Years Consecutive Years of Excellence!

Recently, Legal Call 24 received the Onyx Award of Excellence, celebrating 20 years of exceptional customer service in the Answering Service industry. Awarded by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), we’re so proud of our team’s dedication over the past two decades.

Grimsby, ON (September 23, 2019) — Legal Call 24 of Kingston, ON has been honoured with the exclusive 2019 Award of Excellence for the 20th consecutive year.  The Award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery. Legal Call 24 was presented with the Award recently at the CAM-X 55th Annual Convention and Trade Show held at the Fairmont Macdonald Hotel in Edmonton, AB.

Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services over a six-month period.  The scoring criteria includes:
